We offer a delivery service for larger items and furniture via a courier. The charge for delivery of larger items and furniture is €50*. Please allow 5 -7 days for this service, the courier will contact the customer before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Returns
Should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer a full refund** or exchange within 28 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to return your item to the Garden Pavilion store please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help the store quickly process your refund.

The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
Products without original packaging or labels
Products or packaging in poor condition
Perishable goods that contain food products (eg. Hampers) or which have an expiry date
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged Items:
If an item arrives via courier damaged, please contact us immediately by email at pavilion@powerscourt.net and attach photographs of the damaged item and our customer service team will resolve this either by dispatching a new item or offering a refund.
Faulty Products:
We will attempt to rectify any faults that occur within 12 months* from the date of purchase. Phone us on 01 204 6014 to arrange a FREE collection. We will usually offer you a replacement or repair. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
