Children’s ‘Sow & Grow’ Gardening Class at Powerscourt Garden Pavilion

Get children active in the garden with a hands-on introduction to planting seeds and fresh produce at Powerscourt Garden Pavilion in Enniskerry, County Wicklow on the 19^th of April at 12 & 2pm. Guided by Powerscourt’s horticulturalists children will plant seeds for vegetables and herbs and they can later enjoy growing and tasting the fruits of their labour at home.

Creating a vegetable or herb garden is a great way to get children outdoors and involved in gardening from an early age. They will also understand where the food they eat comes from and how easy it is to grow your own food. The event costs €5 for children while adults are free of charge.
