The ‘Weber Grill Academy on Tour’ is coming to County Wicklow! Enjoy a two hour entertaining and inspirational barbecue cookery demonstration at Powerscourt Garden Pavilion in Enniskerry on the 18th of August from 6.30-8.30pm.
Did you know that it’s possible to make banana bread or Scotch egg on the barbecue? Be prepared to be surprised by the range of tasty foods that can be cooked outdoors this summer! Recipes prepared and cooked throughout the evening will include German pizza, grilled mechoui of lamb, roast ginger beer chicken, rotisserie pork roast, desserts and salad. There will be nibbles on hand to enjoy as your taste buds come to life while the chefs cook up a storm.
