After a successful gardening career, Carol qualified as AOIFA (Association of Irish Floral Artists) demonstrator and teacher. She has since demonstrated extensively in England and Ireland and represented Ireland in the International Demonstration at the World Show in Boston in 2011. She has won the coveted Best in Show award at the AOIFA National Competitions and many other prizes over the past 25 years. Carol is well-known in Ireland for her beautiful, award-winning garden which has appeared in numerous international and Irish gardening magazines. Her designs regularly feature in home and lifestyle magazines. Carol is at present serving as President of the Association of Irish Floral Artists and is Publicity Officer for the World Flower Show planned for the RDS in June 2014.
